The Abiqua River begins in the Cascade foothills and carves its way through ancient basalt on its way to the Willamette Valley. The water here has been filtering through volcanic rock for thousands of years before it reaches us. Down the road sits the Gallon House Covered Bridge, built in 1916, where locals traded bootleg spirits during Prohibition. By the gallon. We liked that story enough to put it on a label.
We blend, bottle, label, and pack every bottle by hand, right here in Silverton. Three spirits. No shortcuts. Nothing fancy, just good work and great water. Silverton Vodka is six times distilled from potatoes for a clean, creamy finish. Gallon House Gin starts with juniper and moves through rose petals, coriander, citrus, warm spice, and a whisper of cucumber. Ula is our orange liqueur, built from the ground up for the cocktail bar, with real depth and body at 80 proof.
Every bottle we make carries the name of the place it comes from. That's not marketing. That's just where we live.
