Sell Sheet — Original + 4 Legible Versions

The original (VistaPrint) sheet is included at top for side-by-side comparison. Below it are four rebuilds focused on print legibility, each trimmed to fit a single 8.5×11 page. Minimum 10pt body text (vs. 5.5pt on the original), high-contrast colors, strong typography weights. Click to preview each page, then print to PDF from your browser before sending to Vista Print.

Why the old one failed: dark background with low-contrast copper/grey text at 5.5–8pt. Copper prints as a washed-out tan over near-black — unreadable under store lighting. These new versions fix that.

VistaPrint Version

The current sell sheet — what you just received in the mail. Included here so you can see the difference side-by-side. Dark background with low-contrast copper text at 5.5–8pt, which is what made it illegible.

Body 8pt · Specs 5.5pt · Dark bg #0a0a0a · Muted copper text
V1 · Safest

Clean Light

Pure white background, black text, black-and-burnt-orange accents. The most legible of the five — bulletproof under any lighting. Playfair + Inter.

Body 10.5pt · Specs 10pt · Product names 20pt · Prices 24pt
V2 · Most Elegant

Editorial Cream

Warm parchment background (#f5ecd9) with near-black ink. Elegant like a spirit label, but all text stays at 10pt+ with very high contrast. Playfair + Lato Black.

Body 11pt · Specs 10pt · Product names 22pt · Prices 28pt
V4 · Most Modern

Bold Modern

Big bold sans, dramatic typography, generous whitespace, pops of vivid burnt-orange. Feels like a premium contemporary brand. Fraunces + Space Grotesk.

Body 10.5pt · Product names 24pt · Heavy 900-weight headers
V5 · Keep the Dark Look

Dark Premium — Fixed

Keeps the moody dark aesthetic you already chose, but fixes every legibility issue: body text uses bright cream (not muted grey), copper is brighter, minimum font is 9pt (was 5.5pt), and body/desc is 11pt. Print it and actually read it.

Body 11pt · Dark bg #0e0a05 · Cream text #fbf3e0 at full saturation
My recommendation for print: If you want to avoid another $100 mistake, pick V1 (Clean Light) — near-black ink on white paper is the most forgiving combination for any printer, any lighting. V2 (Editorial Cream) is the safest "still feels premium" option. V4 (Bold Modern) is the most contemporary and still prints well. Only pick V5 (Dark Fixed) if you really love the dark look and can budget a proof print first.
